反硝化金菌(Kingella denitrificans)
簡介
反硝化金菌(Kingella denitrificans)屬于奈瑟球菌科(Neisseriaceae)，革蘭陰性、球菌、球桿菌，苛養(yǎng)菌、非常緩慢。
臨床相關(guān)性
口腔和上呼吸道菌群，可引起咽后膿腫（Retropharyngeal abscess )、心內(nèi)膜炎、菌血癥、膿胸、角膜潰瘍、腹透病人腹膜炎、肉芽腫等、陰道炎等。
藥敏
肉湯稀釋法（裂解馬血陽離子調(diào)節(jié)肉湯）、HTM培養(yǎng)基或含維生素K布式肉湯培養(yǎng)基檢測MIC，受試抗生素及其折點(diǎn)參考M45ED3 Table9；對來自無菌部位標(biāo)本（如血液、深部組織）的分離株，特別是植入假體裝置和免疫缺陷患者的菌株，或者患者對β-內(nèi)酰胺類抗生素治療方案過敏時，需要進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn)；頭孢曲松、頭孢噻肟、阿奇霉素罕見“非敏感”表型、如遇須復(fù)查后送上級實(shí)驗(yàn)室確認(rèn)。
